06/15/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, INFORMED THE MANAGERS OF THE COMPLAINT AND EXPLAINED I WAS THERE TO CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE RISE AND RUN OF THE STAIRS. WHAT I FOUND WAS THE STANDARD METAL STAIRS/ CONCRETE STEPS PROBABLY INSTALLED AT THE TIME THE APARTMENTS WERE BUILT. THE CONCRETE STEPS WERE 11 1/2 INCHES DEEP AND THE RISE 7 1/2 INCHES, WELL WITHIN THE CODE FOR RISE OVER RUN. I CHECKED 6 BUILDINGS. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
