Backflow leaking in front of unit #4 has been noted and will be working on it within next 72 hrs. Met with tenant who showed us into unit #4, saw small roaches on several walls of the unit. Made my way into kitchen area where was noted dirty dishes on counter, on stove and in sink, with garbage overflowing all in kitchen. Teant states he has not had time to clean up today. Teant states has had trouble with kitchen sink now draining - Juan will snake the kitchen sink and restore it back. Tenant was make aware to clean the unit and is on the list for unit to be treated for roaches on Wednesday 06/16/21, he understood. Will follow back up |
