06/15/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved This property is a hotel and met with the manager and went to some room randomly and check the filters in the room. Did find filters that have not been changed for some time and stop checking the management will have all the filters changed. Did check the pool area and the pool has 2-gates locked and 2-gates working and those 2-gates opened and closed properly and were latching closed. The floatation gear was on the fence for use if required. The area of the pool was cleaned and saw no other violation at this time. The management will call in a couple of weeks to check the filters. RV.
09/29/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the manager and the maintence and checked rooms for the filters being changed. Checked 7 rooms and all were new filters. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
