Did find the floor tile not sticking to the surface and sliding around the kitchen floor, the cabinets are loose or leaning, light fixtures in the hallway and the bathroom loose and not working, no working smoke detectors, outlets not working through out the unit, the AC is not working properly and is running at this time, the front door lacking the strike plates and not locking, broken door to the water heater and the furnace and has dog waste and not being picked up. Met with the management after the inspection and the manager made a list of correction needed. The AC was going to be worked today. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
