Did have to drive around the property to check the rear wall from Tucson Blvd. Was not able to determine which house is the correct address. Was not able to find where the block is falling or loose. The sidewalks is part of the City or the state due to connected to the street right a way. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
