Description:

A water heater has been laying out in public in front of the house at 434 W. Dakota St. (see pic) for days, after the guy there seems to have changed it out. That and a lot of white stuff and gushing water was seen earlier out on the street. A lot of sounds have come out of that house, like they’re remodeling and stuff, Also, the water heater is still on the public sidewalk (blocking the sidewalk, actually), and I’ve seen kids end up climbing on it, and I think it’s unsafe.
