I FOUND ONE VERY SMALL PATCH OF DEAD GRASS AS IT APPEARS OWNER HAS CLEANED AND MADE A CLEAR PATHWAY FROM THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE TO THE SIDE GATE INTO THE REAR YARD. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
