THE GROUNDS ARE COVERED WITH REFUSE, FOOD WASTE AND FECES. THE FRONT WOOD GATE IS BROKEN. TUCSON POLICE PHOTOGRAPHED THE INTERIOR, PHOTOS WERE REVIEWED BY CITY INSPECTOR AND THE INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILING ARE DAMAGED, RIPPED OUT SECTIONS OF SHEETROCK THE FLOORING AREA HAS FOOD CONTAINERS ALONG WITH FOOD WASTE PRODUCTS, CLOTHING AND BEDDING. THE PHOTOS ALSO DEPICT MULTIPLE AREAS WITH BURNT ALUMINUM FOIL PACKETS (DRUG USE) THROUGH OUT THE ROOMS TO INCLUDE USED SYRINGES IN MULTIPLE ROOMS. THE TOILETS ARE FULL WITH HUMAN FECES AND WASTE. THIS BUILDING HAS HAD THE SERVICE DROP DISCONNECTED BY TUCSON POWER AND ELECTRIC (NO POWER), THE GAS METERS ARE PINNED OFF. TUCSON POLICE REPORT STATES THE FOLLOWING: SOME OF THE FOOD FOUND IN THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING HAS MOLD GROWING ON IT AS WELL AS MAGGOTS. THERE WAS FILTH/BILE SMEARED ON THE WALLS, AS WELL AS GRAFFITI. THE HAZARDS INCLUDE (COLLAPSE CEILINGS, STRUCTURAL CRACKS, REMOVED ELECTRICAL, RAW SEWAGE, OBVIOUS CAMPS, SMALL COOKING FIRES) THERE IS AN UNKNOWN NUMBER OF SUBJECTS ENTERING THE CONDEMNED STRUCTURES.
