Vehicle had hit a small 3 foot stemwall in front of the building then into the front wall of the hair salon. Two sections of panel glass with aluminum frame, one side damaged and broken the other side in tact. Small stemwall under the window was damaged and pushed in. No electrical systems attached to that small stem wall under window. Tucson fire had already isolated the circuit running the hair salon stations to the north that was shut off at the breaker. Met with owner on site and walked him through the area of concern. He has his construction workers coming at 5:30 to board up the glass. He will then get with his contractor to have the wall and the stemwall taken care of under permit. No issues with front door to building, will be able to secure it normally. Paperwork for the repair along with a permit, and the indemnification will be signed by owner today. Will follow up with this case |
