Went to the rear of the property and found property fenced off with a 6 foot block wall fence. In backyard was able to see backyard was clean and clear. Noted a shed in the far back corner of the property. Shed was locked from The outside. Did not see anyone living in that area. Was able to make contact with a worker doing cleanup in the backyard name Louie . He states Tim Lafferty is the owner of the property who is not here right now. Louie states nobody lives in the garage and nobody lives in the shed. States they do have power and water at the property and showed me they did have both. Posted a notice for Tim Lafferty to call me In order to speak with him about the areas of concern. Large pile of trash items by the container in rear alley, research found brush and bulky will be here on May 24, 2021, will not address at this time |

Trash/Debris in alley was all removed and cleaned by B&B crews. He showed me they had power and water, will move to close out this case |
