**Unit 116** I was shown a completely different apartment than the one I ended up in. My windows Do nohut completely to lock. My screen are damaged. My refrigerator does not hold temp. Milk spoils in 3 days. The ceiling fan rocks so bad I cannot use it. One of my 2 air-conditioning units does work. .
