05/03/2021	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a apartment fire in the kitchen. Arrived and all the units left the site and the fire investigators were on site. Was looking at the damage to the unit and the maintenance supervisor showed to the property. She was going to secure the unit and board up the broken window. She did take pictures of the damage. The fire was in the kitchen with a pan left on the stove with grease. The kitchen cabinets burned with the drywall on the walls and ceilings. Has heavy smoke damage through out the unit. The electrical was removed at the meter due to the fire damage. The stove is burned. A dry chemical fire extenguisher was used to put out the fire by a neighbor. The person broke the window to get to the fire. The powder is through out the unit. The maintenance supervisor signed the paperwork and placed a Do Not Enter on the front window that was boarded up. The tenant has a place to stay. RV.
