05/05/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and knocked on door however no answer. Called tenant who stated she has been working with managers in the office. The unit was assessed and they are waiting for a part that will be here not this Friday but next Friday. She also stated management also lent them a portable AC unit which she does have and does use from time to time. Made contact with management who gave me the same story the part is already on order and should be here not this Friday. She also stated they gave them a portable AC Unit until the part comes in. The part is merely a drip pan as AC unit is operational other than it dripping. Called back tenant and advise them that management is doing all they can, and the City of Tucson could not help rush the situation. Will move to close out this case
