One of the pigs is a male and will check if will be allowed and has had the pigs for a year. The owner has checked with the H.O.A. who has check with Zoning before purchased. Will check with Zoning also. Will call the owner back with the results of the research. RV.
04/30/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to Zoning and they are allowed up to 3-pigs and can't be taller than 23" at the shoulder. The owner has 2- pigs and not taller than 12" at this time. Did talk to the owner to let him know that the pigs can remain on the property and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case.
