While checking the other openings found a window where the plywood has been pulled off and not able to find the plywood. Called the supervisor Martin Romero and Laurie Pumphery to get approval for re-securing the property. Was given permission and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. The owner has died and the daughter has been watching the house. It has been a family member getting into the house in the past. Will do the posting of Do Not Enter and N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window. The property is vacant and secured at this time when leaving the site. Did call the daughter to let her know that we were on site. RV.
04/22/2021	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	Have talk to the owner and he will be checking the site more often due to he is questioning the billing on the house. Did let the owner know that the property was secured and will get a bill for the 1-window. Received his address to start sending the billing. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated. Close Case. RV.
