The building is a package unit but not able to find a name of the package or who built the unit. The building has issues with the setbacks on the front property line and the height of the structure. This property has several structures on the property and will be checking if I can get the site plans for the pool and the wall built on the property. Will be checking if shown on the approved plans. Did have court today and the case will be closed in the courts and will check on trying to find some approved plans showing the building on the property. Did go over on re-citing for the work done at a later date. |
