Description:
Rocks, dirt, trash and debri place on the City’s alley and against my new fence. These actions has caused every panel of fencing to be bent, cracked, broken and bowing. 4/19/21 nc Retract complaint - man who did the dumping has agreed to clean it up. 4/26/21 nc Broken concrete, bricks, rock, etc has been dumped by Hector Rios in the City alley and against my property and damaging my fence! A City Rep spoke to Hector Rios on 4/19 re: illegal dumping. Mr Rios cleaned some,but then dumped broken concrete and bricks again in the alley and along my fence!!
