04/15/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, DBL CHECKED THE ADDRESS IN PERMITS PLUS BECAUSE THE ADDRESS GIVEN WERE FOR HOMES THAT WERE RECENTLY BUILT WITHIN A COUPLE OF YEARS, I TURNED THE CORNER TO CHECK THE ALLEY BUT THERE WERE ONLY MORE SINGLE FAMILY HOMES WITH NO ALLEY BUT A NICE COURT YARD. I FOUND NO BEES, GRASS, WEEDS OR FALLING FENCES. THE HOMES WERE IN VERY NICE CONDITION. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
