Description:
HOMELESS PROTOCOL. DOT received complaint of 'desert area' that contains the wash, from E. Hollow PL all the way to E. Broadway and from S. Vozack LN to S. Stonehenge DR is littered with an array of trash, especially the section near the drainage interface at Broadway. I have been removing 5 gallon buckets of trash on my daily walks. used toilet paper, beer cans/bottles and rubbish arranged in a fashion that indicates the presence of transient activity. Within those make shift 'arrangements', I have found knives, blades, used food containers and stolen pieces of mail/packages. All of this posses a health and safety concern to the good folks who live in this area. At this time, I respectfully would like to request a thorough clean up/removal of the fallen palo verde tree that sits near the Broadway drainage interface-- at Broadway/Vozack and a removal of the trash that is in this designated area.
