The tenant has been refusing the follow ups on the treatments and the manager has posted the 48 hours, 5 day and 10 day notice to enter the unit and they are still refusing entry into the unit. The management has stated that the tenant stated that he will be turning in the key due to moving out of the unit. The company treating the roaches has been threatened and has tried with the management to keep the treatments going. They have been told on other issues that need to be addressed and not able to enter the unit to check or make the needed repairs. If the tenants are moving out today the unit will be checked and repaired where needs be be addressed to have the unit rent ready. Did get copies of the treatments for the roaches and trying to get into the unit to make the need repairs. Will check the unit on 4-8-21 and will call the manager first to check if vacant and the repairs have been completed. RV. |
