Arrived and the owner was on site and was with 4-other people. The owner was stating that they were working on the property and it was already dark. Everyone left the site and the owner remained on the property. Did check the site and the windows has some of the plywood removed to have light from the sun go into the house to see. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the opening re-secured and was able to find the plywood to cover the window again. Had one door where the plywood has bowed and was not able to re-use it. Place a new sheet on the front door. Re-did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door and the rear window. Did place a Do Not Enter on the front gate due to the other placard was moved to the other side of the fence near the neighbors property on the west side. The owner was on site and signed the N.O.V. to Vacate and was told that only people working on the property can be on the property. The yard has more storage or trash and debris. Did go over that the paperwork for the demo will be done and will need a good address to have the paperwork sent to or signed. The property is secured and the owner was to lock the gates. RV. |
