THE NEPHEW HAD REPLACED A CRACKED SEWERE FITTING THAT ELBOWS DOWN UNDER GROUND AND WAS COMING BACK TO VENT THE WASHER THIS AFTERNOON. OCCUPANT INFORMED ME THAT SHE HAD NOT PAID RENT AND WAS TAKING THE OWNER TO COURT. SHE SAID SHE WENT TO REALTY SCHOOL AND KNOWS A OCCUPANT CAN WITHHOLD UP TO 300 DOLLARS FOR REPAIRS A OCCUPANT HAS MADE. BUT BECAUSE SHE HIRED THE NEPHEW AND REPAIRS WERE UNDER WAY AND TO BE COMPLETED TODAY, AND BECAUSE THE OCCUPANT IS TAKING OWNER TO COURT, I EXPLAINED TO THE OCCUPANT THAT THERE WAS NOTHING FOR ME TO DO IN THIS MATTER. I DID GIVE THE OCCUPANT MY BUSINESS CARD AND ASKED SHE CALL ME IF SHE RAN INTO ANY PROBLEMS. I TOLD HER I COULD NOT GET INTO ANY MONEY MATTERS OR HER TAKING THE OWNER TO COURT BECAUSE SHE HIRE HER NEPHEW TO COMPLETE THE WORK AND HAS HIRE THE YAQUI TRIBE COUNSEL TO HELP WITH THE COURT MATTER.
