While on site checking if the building were secured, someone came out of the house and tried to run. The person was staying in the house that was vacant and was being vandalized for cooper items. The building has no structual damage that will cause other damage and was lacking all utilities at this time. The door was secured while on the site. While securing the door, someone from Rio Nuevo came to the site due to saw the action on the property. She was advise on what was happening on the property and will need to check for holes in the temp. panels securing the property for several houses on Broadway Blvd. No paperwork was done due to the property belongs to the City of Tucson and currently still being worked on. The Rep. that showed to the property will have the property checked more often due to the neighbors are complaining that people were coming and going in and out of the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
