04/21/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, HAD SPOKEN TO THE RESPONSIBLE MANAGER ONCE BEFORE, SHE HAD INFORMED ME TODAY THAT THERE WAS A MEETING WITH THE HOA AND A CONCERNING THE NEED FOR NEW BLACK TOPPING OF THE COMPLEX AND ANY RESTRIPING WHICH WOULD INCLUDE THE HANDICAP PARKING THRU OUT THE COMPLEX. SHE STATED THAT THIS WOULD NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL MID JUNE. THE PROJECT HAS BEEN PUT OUT TO BID. MANAGEMENT STATED THEY WOULD NOT WANT TO DO THIS TWICE AND COULD THE CITY WAIT. CODE ENFORCEMENT HAS NO ISSUES WITH THIS. C/E HAS RECIEVED VERY FEW COMPLAINTS ON THIS PROPERTY AND THIS SITUATION WOULD ALLOW FOR THE ENTIRE COMPLEX TO RECEIVE NEW STRIPING AND HANDICAP SPACES TO BE PAINTED. WILL FORE GO A NOV AT THIS TIME.
