03/18/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, DID FIND A PILE OF DIRT ON THE SIDEWALK AREA, DIRT WAS NOT STORED ON THE SIDE WALK BUT IS BEING USED AS A RAMP DUE TO THE SIDEWALK BEING 2FT LOWER THAN ACTUAL GROUND LEVEL AND WORK FOR A POOL IS UNDERWAY.. CALLED THE OWNER OF THE POOL COMPANY WHO STATED THEY NEEDED TO GET DIRT IN AND OUT OF THE POOL THAT WAS DUG. THEY HAVE THE STEEL TIED TO THE POOL AT THIS POINT AND WILL CALL FOR INSPECTION ON MONDAY AND THEN PLASTER AT WHICH POINT THEY CAN REMOVE THE DIRT. CONES WILL BE PUT OUT AROUND THE SIDEWALK AREA. THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM TO GET AROUND THE DIRT WITHOUT GOING INTO THE STREET. I WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE AREA.
