THE EAST UNIT HAS BEEN SOME WHAT KEPT UP, OWNER IS ELDERLY, THE UNITS ON SEMINOLE HAVE BEEN BOARDED AND SECURED BY CHAIN LINK FENCE, GATEDS ARE CHAINED AND LOCKED. THERE ARE NO UTILITIES TO THE 2 UNITS. THERE ARE ONLY TWO TREES ON THE PROPERTY. FRONT YARD IS DIRT AND WEEDS KEPT DOWN. CARS ON THE PROPERTY YRS AGO HAVE BEEN REMOVED. I SPOKE TO THE NEIGHBOR NEXT DOOR AND ACROSS THE STREET. THEY HAVE NOT WITNESSED ANY CRIMINAL OR HOMELESS ACTIVITY AT THE PROPERTY IS YEARS. C/E HAS NO ISSUES WITH THE STRUCTURE AT THIS TIME. OWNER CONTINUES TO LIVE IN THE EAST UNIT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
