03/02/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called in that a travel trailer was parked behind the building which is different offices and were closed at this time. Did find a office opened next door with a different address and was for the same owner. Did find someone in the trailer a female and was asked to leave and she would not come out and T.P.D. was called. She knows the owner of the trailer but didn't know how to make contact with him. Her name was Debbie Encinas and his name was Chris Encinas. Did a posting of N.O.V. to Vacate on the front door for the trailer and posted Do Not Enter on the front and rear of the trailer. The windows were all boarded up from the inside and found a chain and lock and was able to lock the door shut. No one on site and left the site. Did call inspector Ruben Morales to help with checking the house across the alley which the female stated that the male is related. Did call T.P.D. to come to the site due to the female was not coming out and she came out when she heard the conversation with dispatch. They were called off when the Sargent called due to was posted and was already to leave the site. Was going to the listed address to make aware of the trailer being on the property. Did met the family members and went over on what happened on the property. They were not aware of the trailer being on the property and they were going to the site on checking if the trailer can be moved today and not waiting till tomorrow. Will check the site tomorrow. RV.
03/03/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The travel trailer has been moved and the area has been cleaned. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
