BUILDING: approximate 4x4 area of ceiling dry wall damage has occurred, along with smoke damage inside the apartment. ELECTRICAL: the interior downstream panel is not labeled properly, there is a 15-amp circuit breaker that has tripped. All other breakers had been found at the on position, property maintenance personal arrived shortly and has isolated the damaged exhaust fan by cutting the conductors, and adding wire nuts and finished it by applying electrical tape. PLUMBING: not affected MECHANICAL: Bathroom exhaust fan has been burnt REMARKS: Apartment 219 has been posted unfit to occupy until repairs has been made, power remains active due to isolation by apartment maintenance personal.
