02/19/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. and T.P.D. on site with a car into the stairwell. Arrived and the units were still on site and a SUV hit the stairwell and bent the metal frame for the sports of the concrete steps. The beam support on the second floor deck has been damaged and the stairwell is loose. The railing is loose on one side and the bolts are not connected that hold the stairwell to the beam support. 2-units on top of the second floor have been vacated and the unit by the stairwell has also been vacated due to the stairwell is not connected. Called Biff Baker Fence to the site to secured the area to prevent using the stairwell to the second floor. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork on site. No damage to the units and only have damage to the stairwell. RV.
03/02/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The stairwell has been replaced with new rails or stringers and reused the concrete steps. Did call for the temp. fencing to be picked up by calling Biff Baker Fence Company and they will have it picked up by tomorrow. Case will remain closed. RV.
