02/16/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Was not able to find the bridge from the streets and had to walk the wash to find the bridge. The bridge is not being used at this time and the gate at the school is locked with a chain and lock. The gate by the track is missing a gate at this time. The walk way has a fenced in dome and is hard to see with all the vegetation around the fencing for the walk way. Did meet with the principal for the Octillio Learning Center and was able to see the walk from the school. This is in Sunnyside School District and did go to the office to meet with the Administrator on the issues. Did not see any homeless camps or any activity when walking the wash from Drexel Rd. to Campbell Ave. The wash has not been cleared or cleaned in some time and will need to be checked once on checking who has controll on the wash. RV.
