DID HOWEVER FIND THE CANS ON THE STREET. KNOCKED ON DOOR AND MET WITH ONE OF THE OCCUPANTS WHO INFORMED ME THAT THEIR TRASH PICK UP IS ON MONDAYS. I INFORMED HIM THAT THE CANS COULD NOT BE LEFT IN THE STREET OR ON THE SIDEWALK THAT THE CANS HAD TO BE PLACED ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE OR IN BEHIND THE WALL. OCCUPANT REMOVED THE CANS AND PLACED THEM BEHIND THE WALL. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
