02/23/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and called tenant however no answer. Made contact with management who stated the refrigerator was replaced the stove was changed out twice as tenant did not like the first one that was fully operational. AC has no issues at this time. Manager has been trying to make contact with tenant for several days as they are waiting for an OK for the crew to come in and change the flooring. Made contact at tenants front door and advised him of making contact with the manager within 24 hours to confirm the flooring appt. He understood, information relayed also to manager. Will move to close out this case
