Description:

Per Sgt Kingman: Fence is compromised again and there is a HUGE camp there now. Fence needs repairing and camps need removal. Owner info is: Brian McDonald (720) 400-0677 There is a sizeable transient camp south of the Ace Hardware at 1899 W. Grant. I spoke to the manager of the Ace yesterday after he called in about constant trespassers, and he described a cut in the fence on the south side of their property that subjects frequently walk in/out. I located the hole in the fence today, and don't have the necessary supplies/tools to patch it, and am hoping you might be able to do so. On the far s/w corner of the parking lot on the south side of Ace, as you pull into the driveway to the neighboring business to the west, you'll see a sizeable hole in the chain link. The cinder block wall on Ace's south boundary hides the piles of transient trash on the other side. The entire lot is fenced off, and there are two large towers on the property. The transients have reportedly been breaking into vehicles in the area, and from the manager's report, are likely going in the fenced area to shoot up, etc.
