02/11/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Was on site to check the plans that have been approved for a new garage. The plans were on site and was able check and the structure being built is matching the plans with the contractor. The new structure is not attached at this time due to has a future structure going to be built that attaches the old garage to the new garage with a roof covering. The height of the walls are 12' from the top of the foundation to the top of the top plate. The rafters are on top of the top plates, 2 x 8's making the top approx. 12'-9" to the top of the roof portion of the structure. The setbacks area at an angle and average out to 20' setback. It's 22' plus or minus and 17' plus or minus at the corners. The plans have been approved T20CM07594 and issued on 12-7-2020. The inspection approved are Excavation/Layout, Rebar, Building lay out, Pre-Slab, Exterior metal clips, Roof nailing. The framing has been looked at but the electrical was not completed and will be looked at once the electrical is completed. Did find markers that marks the property line for the property. RV.
02/11/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT MORALES Approved ON SITE WITH CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR HAS APPROVED PLANS T20CM07594 FOR GARAGE FROM PDSD. GARAGE ON SITE MATCHES THE PLANS. SHOWING A FUTURE ATTACHMENT FROM GARAGE TO MAIN STRUCTURE. NEW PERMIT WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR NEW ATTACHMENT WHEN BUILT.
