Did find fire Extinguishers that were still charged and in fire boxes. Some were missing approx. 4 through out the complex. The stripping in the parking lot is faded but able to still see the parking spaces. Some of the signs for the accessible parking are missing in some areas. Will need to check the last approved plans for the parking. Will do the research before doing the N.O.V. RV.
10/22/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved This property has been sold and has new owner doing needed repairs on the property. Parking lot has been re-done and re-stripped with new signs for the Handi-cap parking. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated. Close Case. RV>
