02/18/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Was at the property next door and has a fire on the property. The office trailer has burned and a total lost. A palm tree has also burned. Did have some trash and debris around the trailer and that has also burned. The fire was put out and not able to find a owner or rep. for the property. Was able to secure the area with the fencing on site. While securing the site someone from the company that works in Tucson arrived and went over on what happened. He stated that the property will be cleaned up and the fence will also be removed. There was a masonry wall on the property and that will be checked on being removed. RV.
12/14/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The was a gas station that was closed and had a fire on the property on a trailer office. The property has since been cleaned and the chain link fence has been removed. The trailer frame has been removed from the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
