01/25/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, DID CHECK THE CLEAN OUTS FOR UNITS 1 & 2, UNIT TWO HAD VERY LITTLE TOILET PAPER NEAR THE CLEAN OUT, UNIT 1 HAD MORE BUT THE PAPER LOOKED QUITE OLD. I SPOKE TO THE OCCUPANT IN #1 AND FOUND SHE CURRENTLY HAS NO STOPPAGES INSIDE THE HOUSE BUT SHE SAID PRIOR THE TOILET HAD BEEN BACKING UP AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK. I CONTACTED THE MANAGER WHO STATED THAT HE HAD THE SEWER SNAKED LAST WEEKAND HAS HAD NO ISSUES. I ASKED ABOUT THE JMV AND HE SAID THE OCCUPANT WHO OWNS THE TRUCK ASKED PERMISSION TO WORK ON THE VEHICLE THERE IN THE COMPLEX. MANAGER STATED THEY DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HIM WORKING ON THE TRUCK , AND I ALSO SPOKE TO THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED HE ALSO WORKS FULL TIME AND THAT FUNDS ARE LIMITED BUT WILL TRY TO GET IT PUT BACK TOETHER SO THAT IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A JMV. I ALSO SPOKE TO THE MANAGER CONCERNING THE COOLER ON THE ROOF OF THE REAR SHED, HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE THAT REMOVED AND THE CLEAN OUTS FOR THE SEWER CLEANED UP.
01/27/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved REVISITED SITE, FOUND COOLER WAS REMOVED FROM THE SHED ROOF TOP, AND DEBRIS AROUND CLEAN OUTS HAD BEEN REMOVED AS WELL. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
