01/20/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved On site called the tenant and no answer but left a message. Spoke to mananger who states they have Pest Control company under contract and they have sprayed the unit several times but have cleanliness issues but will continue to spray. There is a cut out in the ceiling that management knows about but there is nothing leaking and have it in as a work order. Will relay this information to tenant when he calls me back
