01/02/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a car into the building of an apartment complex. T.F.D. was leaving the scene and has marked area with caution tape. Arrived and the damage was on the bottom unit of a 2-story building. The damage was to the decorative pop out buttress type framing for the supports for the upper balcony to the second floor unit. The damage was to the stucco where pushed in and no structual damage to the main support for the balcony for the second floor. Was able to check the interior of the unit and no cracking in the corners or damage to the drywall on the walls and ceiling. The unit was a studio unit and the tenant will remain in the unit. No management on site and will place the paperwork on the front door a the office area. The damage will not require a permit and will be maintenance repair work. RV.
