12/24/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with an RV connected to electrical. Arrived and the units were still on site. Found a 5th wheel in the alley that was blocking access to get through the alley. The 5th wheel was connected to the main electrical panel on the rear house on the property. Had an extension cord from the 5th wheel to the house and was connected to a breaker with stranded wire. The extension cord was removed while on site leaving no electrical to the 5th wheel. The owner of the house has not given permission for the person living in the 5th wheel to connect to the electrical service panel at any time. This person was doing work on the property and was having issues with the owner on the work being done. The person living in the 5th Wheel was Manuel Martin Garcia and he was given the N.O.V. to Vacate the 5th wheel and to remove the 5th wheel in 72 hours. Manuel was advised that he is blocking access to get through the alley and could be tow at this time but will give 72 hours to remove the 5th wheel from the alley. He was also advised that he can not stay in the 5th wheel unless he needs to remove items from the 5th wheel to to work on getting the 5th wheel ready to move. Did let the owner know that I would be back on Sunday to check if the 5th wheel is removed. He agreeded to everything that was said and signed the paperwork on site. T.P.D. did witness the signing and the conversation given to the owner of the 5th wheel. RV.
12/29/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The 5th wheel has been removed and the area cleaned up. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
