PER MGT; -HAS REPAIRED DOORS MULTIPLE TIMES -WATER PIPES HAD BEEN REPAIRED TWICE BY TWO DIFFERENT MAINT PEOPLE. -BATH TUB WATER DOES GO DOWN IT JUST GOES DOWN SLOWLY MGR HAS PERSONALLY UNCLOGGED MULTIPLE TIMES. -HAS HAD NUMBEROUS TREATMENTS FOR ROACHES TO INCLUDE TENANTS OWN EXTERMINATOR. -HOT WATER HEATER WAS WORKING PROPERLY HOWEVER MAINT TURNED HEATER TO HIGHEST SETTING FOR TENANT. -BEDROOM DOORS HAVE BEEN REPAIRED MULTIPLE TIMES DUE TO THE TENANT REMOVING THE DOOR HINDGE PINS. MGT. HAS BEEN DOCUMENTING ALL REPAIRS FOR POSSBILE BACK CHARGE TO DUE DAMAGE TO UNIT. TENANT REFUSES TO LET MAINT IN WHEN WORK ORDER IS GENERATED. INSPECTOR HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING NEEDED INFORMATION FROM TENANT SO THAT CE CAN ADDRESS ANY ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER/ MGR. PER MGR JANET; MAINT WILL POST AN EMERGENCY INSPECTION NOTICE TODAY SO THAT THEY CAN ENTER INTO THE UNIT AND ASSESS THE HOT WATER HEATER AND WATER LEAKAGE. INSPECTOR ADVISED TENANT SHE MUST ALLOW ACCESS FOR MAINT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE WATER HEATER AND OTHER ISSUES IN THE APARTMENT. WILL FOLLOW UP 1.6.2021 OR 1.7.2021 VIA PHONE CALLS
