Description:

Performing a business in residential zone. Many vehicles in various stages of disassembly, visible from the street. A Chevy Monte-Carlo with no license plate, flat tires. Parked on street since 9/21/2020. This is the second complaint that I'm aware of (1/23/2020) about this situation.

The vehicles on the property inside the fenced area belong to the tenant and all are operable. The tenant will be moving the vehicles in the front of the house to the rear of the house. Did see tires stacked in the rear yard and those will need to be moved off the property. The tenant was starting the vehicles and they were starting when checked. The car in the street belongs to the owner of the property and he will call the owner to let him know it has to be moved. Has a peddler vehicle parked in the street and that will also be moved. Will check the site in 10 days. RV.
02/02/2021	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	No one home and was able to check the property. The vehicles in the street have been removed, the tires have been removed from the rear yard, still has the storage on the porch, the 2-large truck will still need to be moved due to the size of the vehicles. Did call the tenant and not able to make contact with him. Will call later. Will check in 10 days. RV.
