12/22/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that the unit has no electrical to the unit. Arrived and no one home and was able to check the site. Did meet with one of the neighbors and she was able to show me on what is happening on the unit. The breaker has been replaced and still has no power to the interior of the unit. Did call the tenant and the breaker was replaced with a new breaker and than was advised that a part in the area has been damaged and will not give power to the interior of the unit. He has no power to the interior of the unit. Will meet tomorrow when the tenant gets off work and he will call when he is home. RV.
12/30/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The unit is vacant and secured and the tenant still has items in the unit. Did talk to the tenant and he is trying to find a place for the storage of his items to place until he finds another apartment. There is no permit for the correction to be done in Permits Plus at this time. Will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
