On at least two occasions I have attempted to report an issue of two 5 gal buckets of what appears to be used motor oil which had been abandoned in a vacant lot at 3700 South Freedom. These buckets have been here at least a year. The problem is nobody seems to care. Today I called the hazardous waste number and was told "We're not going to come out and pick up two buckets of oil
