12/16/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that T.F.D. on site to check the site for health and welfare condition for an overdose on the property. Arrived and the units left the site and the owner was on the property. Did go inside and check the site and found hoarding issues on the property. Did go over the issues that need to be address on having access to all doors and windows. Does have hard wire smoke detectors and missing the covers to both smoke detectors. The owner is stating that the smoke detectors still work but not able to test at this time. The call was a medical call on a overdose and the person threw up on the floor in the kitchen area and was being cleaned up while on site. The interior of the house has clothing all over the house in all the rooms. All the windows do not have clear access to escape in the event of an emergency of a fire. Will check the tomorrow after 10:00 AM on the progress of the clean up of the property. The carport is also filled with clothing. RV.
