There is no justification to have the property owner repair a fence line that is still standing, I understand it is leaning somewhat however, it is anchored properly. I will be back out Monday as a courtesy, to see if there is any new trash and debris on the property. I spoke with the property owner Scott, who was there yesterday late afternoon, he said there was some more items found on the property that he will have out by today, he is going to start to beautify the apartments by painting the buildings, next is the asphalt and then a new fence line is going in with automatic gates. He offered to have the fence removed in the areas of concern prior to the fence contractors starting the installation of the new fence, January 11, 2021. |
