12/07/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved ON 12/2 THE INSPECTOR WAS AT THE TRAILER PARK FOR A FIRE CALL. THE OCCUPANT AT UNIT #19 ASKED ME TO LOOK AT A LEAK COMING UNDER GROUND FROM THE WATER SPICKET, AND HE MENTIONED HIS WATER BILL IS WELL OVER 400 DOLLARS EVEN THOUGH MANAGEMENT HAS REDUCED HIS WATER BILL. I ASKED THE OCCUPANT TO CAL IN THE COMPLAINT AND SPOKE TO MANAGER ABOUT THE COMPLAINT. THE NEXT DAY ON 12/3, I RETURNED TO THE PARK AND FOUND PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING ON SITE AT UNIT #19 MAKING CORRECTIONS TO THE PLUMBING. I ALSO OVER HEARD THE TECHNICIAN SAY HE WAS UNSURE THE FITTING WOULD HOLD. SO ON 12 /07 I CONTACTED PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING SPOKE TO JOE WHO DID THE WORK, SAID HE WAS UNSURE THE FITTING WOULD HOLD, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIS MANAGER. HE WAS OUT TODAY TO DETERMINE IF THE FITTING WAS LEAKING BUT CAME UP WITH A WAY TO CORRECTLY FIX THE LEAKING PIPE. JOE STATED THEY WOULD BE OUT EITHER THE 8TH OR NINETH AND WOULD CALL ME AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. WORK IS IN PROGRESS.
12/18/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved REVISITED SITE, FOUND TEMPORARY SPICKET HAD BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW RISER / SPICKET ABATING THE ISSUE. NOV WAS NOT REQUIRED AS MANAGER OF THE PARK HAD CONTACTED PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING PRIOR TO THE COMPLAINT COMING IN AND WORK HAD BEEN STARTED BEFORE MY INITIAL INSPECTION, COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
