Frank the property owner arrived on site and confirmed the work being done. Frank informed CE that due to the nature of the tenant's removal from the property, he obtained an order to evict and to remove the tenant's items form the property, to which he has posted to the front door of the unit. There is huge amount of refuse and debris at the curb as well as the front yard. Frank assures he will be having it hauled away and may also need to request a special pick up from bulk and bulky, he will continue to keep the unit secured with no one occupying it at any time. Inspector Bermudez will be following the abatement process to assure that violations are abated, the unit stays secured and all refuse and debris are removed from the property. Inspector will follow up in 10 days. |
