Arrived and was not able to find the pile of trash and debris. Did call the owner of the business and went over the issues on the site. Did walk to the are and was able to pick up the brick stones that were left on site from installing a concrete ramp with a curb and connected to the walk area for the street. The road to 6th Ave. is currently being milled and repaved at this time. The owner of the business was notified that work is being done in the area in phases and currently paving some of the streets. Did let the owner know that Southwest Gas is not in the area and all is the contruction of the roads being re-done. Due to cleaning the area the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
