Arrived and Pima Animal Control was on site looking for cats and was not able to find any cats. With the doors being opened they are thinking that the cats left the house due to the amount of traffic on what was going on in the house. The tenant was removed for evaluation and charges on issues that was done on the property. Tried to call the owner and left a message. Did have an emergency number to call and called and talk to Mark. Did let Mark know on what is being done on the property. Was able to secure the house with closing the windows and locking the doors. The house has no clear paths to doors and windows and the bedrooms are filled with boxes from floor to ceilings. The living room is also filled with boxes from floor to ceiling. The house is dirty and has not been cleaned for some time and has cob-webs through out the interior of the house. The gas meter was pinned due to lack of payment and the electrical was removed due to the condition of the house on the interior not able to get to the outlets or switches. Was able to talk to the owner when he called on the condition of the house and what needs to be done. Did let him know where the key to the front door was placed. The owner will come to the site tomorrow to check the condition. Will be getting with the attorney on how he can clean the property with the items in the house. Did to the posting of the paperwork on the front porch post and placed a placard of Do Not Enter also on the front porch post. A window was left opened incase there are cats still in the house. RV. |

The owner is working on the items left in the unit and working with the attorney to start cleaning the unit. The owner found out on the tenant being jailed and not sure when he will be released. At this time the case will be closed and the owner will call when ready for inspection on Min. housing condition to have the unit re-rented out. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
